河南活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)设(she)(she)备是根据吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(效率高)和催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)(节能(neng))两(liang)(liang)个基本原(yuan)理设(she)(she)计的(de)(de)(de)(de)。即吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)浓(nong)缩—催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)法。经(jing)过除尘(chen)之后的(de)(de)(de)(de)废气(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)入吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang),系(xi)统(tong)(tong)采(cai)用(yong)两(liang)(liang)台(tai)以上吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang),交(jiao)替使(shi)(shi)用(yong),一个催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)室,先将有(you)机(ji)废气(qi)(qi)用(yong)活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),当(dang)快达到饱和时停止吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)操作,然后用(yong)热(re)气(qi)(qi)流将有(you)机(ji)物从活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)上脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)下(xia)来使(shi)(shi)活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng);脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)下(xia)来的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)机(ji)物已被浓(nong)缩(浓(nong)度较原(yuan)来提高几十(shi)倍(bei))并送入催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)室进(jin)(jin)行(xing)催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao),在(zai)催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)剂上于250~400℃进(jin)(jin)行(xing)催(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua),使(shi)(shi)其转(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)为无害的(de)(de)(de)(de)CO2和H2O排出(chu),燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)尾(wei)气(qi)(qi)一部(bu)份排入大气(qi)(qi),一部(bu)份送往吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang)用(yong)于活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。这(zhei)样能(neng)满(man)足燃烧(shao)(shao)(shao)和脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)所需热(re)能(neng),达到节能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)可用(yong)于下(xia)次吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu);在(zai)其中(zhong)一个吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang)进(jin)(jin)行(xing)脱(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)时控制系(xi)统(tong)(tong)可自动打开另一个吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang)继续进(jin)(jin)行(xing)有(you)机(ji)废气(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)工作,如此以来两(liang)(liang)台(tai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床(chuang)(chuang)切换运行(xing)可实现(xian)大工作量的(de)(de)(de)(de)连(lian)续工作。装(zhuang)置采(cai)用(yong)自主(zhu)编(bian)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)PLC系(xi)统(tong)(tong),实现(xian)全自动运行(xing),系(xi)统(tong)(tong)净化(hua)(hua)(hua)率可达93%以上。

化工生(sheng)产过程:反(fan)应釜无组(zu)织收集(ji)、真(zhen)空泵、反(fan)应釜呼吸口、离(li)心机、烘箱等(deng)。
